Payment options

All payments should be made in advance in Euros (EUR) in connection with registration and reservations. When submitting your registration online, you will receive a confirmation and an invoice with further instructions by email.

After receiving the workshop payments, you will receive an official confirmation by email.

No final confirmation will be sent before all fees have been received. Please note that all payments must not include bank handling charges. Credit cards, Bank drafts as well as personal, traveler's or company cheques cannot be accepted. 

By bank transfer to the workshop account. You will find the details on the invoice that you will receive by email, after your registration online.

Remember to use the beneficiary’s IBAN (International Bank Account Number) and the BIC of the beneficiary’s bank when you make international money transfers. Payments from other countries to the Netherlands are not transmitted without IBANs and BICs. Payments in Euros within Europe using IBAN and BIC should normally be free of any charges for the sender and receiver.

Applying Refund of the Value Added Tax
Foreign participants may request refund of the value added tax included in the price of the workshops and hotel price. Participants may receive a refund of value added tax if the workshop relates to business conducted abroad which would have been subject to tax or which would have entitled him to the refund. Cancellation and refund policy
Kindly note that all cancellations and changes in registration must be send to 

If cancellation is received before 1 April 2013, the registration fee will be refunded.
If cancellation is received after 1 April 2013 but before 1 May 2013, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded. If cancellation is received after 1 May 2013 but before 15 May 2013, 50% refund will be made. There is no refund of registration if cancellation is received after 15 May 2013 and in the case of no-shows.
