Reduced Fees

Participation with 2 of more*
2 participants: each a reduction of 12,5%
3 participants: each a reduction of 15%
4 participants: each a reduction of 17,5%
5 participants: each a reduction of 20%

* Please take into account that:
- total invoice will be sent to 1 address
- reduction is with respect to the standard fee

If you are planning a future search in your organisation or community, want training in the methods and cannot afford workshop costs, you may qualify for reduced tuition if you work full-time for a non-profit or a public agency.

We have limited places available for full-time students and/or PhD students.

Registration Fee Includes
Registration fee includes participation in workshop sessions including workshop material, buffet lunch, forenoon/afternoon drinks and snacks and dinner. Depending on the workshop, participants receive one copy of the book  one copy of the book Don’t Just Do Something, Stand There! or FutureSearch – Getting the whole system in the room, for Vision, Commitment and Action.

Registration Fee does not includes:
The costs of the hotel room during your stay is not included in the registration fee. See accommodation for more information.

Letter of Invitation/Visa
The organizer can send a letter of invitation, if requested. It should be understood that such a letter is only to help the participant raise travel funds or to obtain a visa and is not a commitment on the part of the organizers to provide any financial support. The Netherlands is a member of the European Union and visas are not required for citizens of other EU countries. Citizens of non-EU countries should contact the nearest Dutch Embassy or travel agency for further information, or visit the following website:
